Maho Sebiane pursues his research in Ethnomusicology (Department of Ethnology and Compared Sociology) at the University of Paris Ouest Nanterre. it is based on a fieldwork in the Persian Gulf area (United Arabs Emirates, Sultanate of Oman) since 2000.
He has participated in several conferences in France, the GCC countries (Persian Gulf Region) and Yemen and has coordinated workshops on Afro-jazz music in Paris, U.A.E and Oman.
